AudioScope Video Conference

Imagine that you could hear every question at a conference without the use of hand held microphones. Or that you could hear all the participants in a video conference clearly. Now you can.

The AudioScope is a new type of microphone, optimized for conferencing and video conferencing in large meeting rooms, conference rooms and lecture halls. The microphone automatically captures all the speech in the room without any effort from the participants. Achieving good quality audio for your conference call has never been easier.

Hear everything

The greatest challenge when conducting a video conference is getting high quality audio from all of the participants, and this problem escalates as the number of participants increases or the room gets larger. By using an AudioScope microphone array, containing hundreds of microphones, you can capture all the audio in anything from a small room up to an auditorium.

Based on the same principles as sonar technology, the AudioScope can capture speech anywhere in the room by zooming a virtual microphone onto the speaker. The virtual microphone's sharp focus eliminates echoes and reverberations, leaving crystal clear speech.

Zoom in with virtual microphones

AudioScope can zoom in on every seat in an auditorium with a “virtual microphone”. The questioner can be heard by everyone without the use of handheld microphones. With sophisticated signal processing algorithms the AudioScope isolates and amplifies the speaker so that he can be heard even in a noisy environment.

The AudioScope's user interface

The AudioScope's user interface is very intuitive and no training is required to operate the system. By default, the system operates in auto detection mode and automatically captures all the speech. If you want to have full control, switch to manual mode and simply touch the screen where you would like to listen.
